At EUSMS, we stand up for women across East Africa who have faced workplace abuse, harassment, or discrimination.
Through our Women Workplace Protection program, we provide free legal advice, support with evidence collection, and professional legal representation — including litigation against employers when justified.
These services are currently available in Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania, and will be extended to every country where EUSMS launches its programs.

Sexual harassment or gender-based violence
Unlawful termination due to pregnancy or motherhood
Psychological abuse and intimidation
Wage theft or exploitative contracts
Discrimination based on gender, marital status, or appearance
Free, confidential legal advice for women facing injustice at work
Support in gathering evidence and determining legal options
Detailed assessment of claims under national and international labor laws
Designing strategies for mediation, settlements, or formal litigation
Representation before labor tribunals, mediation boards, or civil courts
In substantiated cases, we pursue legal action to obtain compensation or formal redress
Collaboration with bar associations, legal aid groups, and women’s rights organizations
Promotion and protection of EUSMS’s Five Pillars of Social Justice, which guide all our work
EUSMS currently operates in Kenya (Nairobi Office) and is expanding into Uganda and Tanzania.
Our legal protection services will be introduced in every country where EUSMS deploys its empowerment programs.
