Ziauddin Refah is an experienced project and program management professional with over a decade of work in humanitarian, development, and community-focused initiatives. With a Master’s in Business Management and a strong background in MEAL (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning), he has managed diverse programs across challenging environments.
Ziauddin has held roles ranging from District Manager to MEAL Coordinator, demonstrating leadership in stakeholder engagement, team coordination, and data-driven decision-making with International Organisations.

Samuel is a Commercial and Technology Lawyer and an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, with extensive experience in advising start-ups, non-profits, and multinational organizations across East Africa. He specializes in local and international regulatory compliance, governance, cross-border structuring, and data privacy. Samuel has worked closely with non-profit entities on legal structuring, board governance, registrations, and compliance with public benefit and tax laws in Kenya. He is passionate about leveraging the law to support socially driven initiatives and help mission-led organizations operate sustainably and ethically. Outside of his legal work, Samuel enjoys biking, going to the cinema, and mentoring young professionals. Before joining EUSMS She has been working in Tanzania with different Law firms, NGOs as well as INGOs; Rights Action Advocates, Tanganyika Christian Refugees Service, Legal and Human Rights Centre, Love Justice International and ROMME Love Justice Tanzania. Apart from spending time in legal matters Rose has been dedicating her time in helping and providing assistance to people in need (victims of exploitation). Moreover she has experience in conducting legal research and providing counseling (to the victims).
